Study Hall is an annual Summit on Sustainable Fashion, with global conferences throughout the year fostering partnerships and education around sustainability literacy in Fashion and beyond. The Library Study Hall is an education initiative and non-profit organization focused on sustainable literacy. Study Hall Conferences are cross-cultural and inter-disciplinary gatherings of the minds exploring tangible eco-solutions to bring to market.

The United Nations Office for Partnerships and the Conscious Fashion Campaign convened the Study Hall New York powered by adidas, G-Star Raw, Fair Trade USA. The conference was in collaboration with the Parsons School of Design, Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), Fair Trade Coalition, Number 29, Bear Scouts, MIT Media Lab, Swarovski and Tesla.

The discussions explored positive environmental impact and human rights, as exemplified by the slogan “Good for the Earth & Good for the People,” with a focus on the new material revolution for the Sustainable Development Goals.
