PROJECT WOMENS announces partnership with the Conscious Fashion Campaign supported by the United Nations Office for Partnerships to drive the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals that will be unveiled during the Las Vegas show held, February 5 – 7th at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center.
The partnership is an evolution of PROJECT WOMENS’ Conscious Collections, this season recognizing brands that address the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals in their business and/ or production practices.

PROJECT WOMENS provides an important platform to mobilize the fashion industry to take action and contribute to achieving of the Sustainable Development Goals,” shares Lucie Brigham, Chief of Office, United Nations Office for Partnerships.
The Conscious Fashion Campaign recognizes brands and designers that are working to end poverty, protect the planet, practice sustainability, and raise awareness through meaningful philanthropic and customer engagement initiatives in an effort to transform the world through fashion.

PROJECT WOMENS brands recognized this season include: Bitchstix, DefineMe Fragrance, Doyenne, Elk, Etica, Etica, Good HYOUman, Hanky Panky, Indigenous, MAME Soy Candles, Mauriti, N:Philanthropy, Pleatsmama, Pura Vida, Que, Riley Vintage, Sanctuary, Spell, and Virgins, Saints & Angels.

I’m excited to have been able to feature several of these brands in the PROJECT WOMENS lookbook, shot in my wild backyard; the Byron Hinterland,” shares Mimi El-Ashiry, dancer, model and creator.
Mimi El-Ashiry and Kerry Bannigan of the Conscious Fashion Campaign will host the opening reception on Tuesday, February 5th at Conscious Fashion Campaign exhibition on the Main Aisle of PROJECT WOMENS between booths 27100 and 27120. Full FW’19 Conscious Fashion Campaign brand collections will be found at each respective booth with highlights showcased at the exhibition space.
